Herb Camp: A Week of Plant Magic & Healing

Welcome to Herb Camp, a fun and immersive five-day journey into the world of plants, designed for kids ages 7 to 12! Through hands-on activities, storytelling, and creative exploration, campers will discover the magic of herbs—how they nourish our bodies, support our emotions, and help us connect with the natural world.

Each day, children will engage in interactive workshops covering herbal medicine, plant energetics, emotional well-being, and traditional healing practices from around the world. They’ll learn to craft herbal teas, infusions, and botanical art, as well as explore Western herbal baths, Chinese herbal soaking traditions, and Amazonian limpias—sacred plant baths used for energy clearing and renewal.

Guided by experienced herbalists and healers, campers will explore how herbs can be used to balance emotions, support the body, and enhance everyday life. Through nature walks, gardening, and hands-on projects, they will gain a deep appreciation for the healing power of plants while having fun in a supportive, nature-filled environment.
