We accept payment by debit/credit card. Payment is due at the time of order.
Please allow up to 1 week to process your order.
Local Pick Up and Shipping
We ship through USPS by default. Free Shipping with orders of $250 or more. Local pick up or delivery may be possible in the Austin area. Please indicate via email or phone if you would like to explore this option and we’ll do our best to accommodate if possible.
Damages
In the event of a damaged product, please contact us immediately with pictures to resolve the issue.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted. If there is an issue, please contact us and we will do our very best to remedy the situation. If a customer has purchased one of our products via your shop, you are responsible for handling any returns/exchanges as you wish. If you have a customer service issue that you believe is our fault, please contact us immediately to discuss.
